All submitted papers will be subject to a
rigorous peer review by at least two referees.
All papers to be presented at regular track or
conference sessions are to be published in LNAI/LNCS series of Springer and
indexed by EI.
All the contributed papers are eligible for the
Best Paper Award competition. Those with students as the first author and
the presenter in the conference are eligible for the Best Student Paper
Award competition.
Authors should familiarize themselves with
the Springer
Guidelines for Authors of Proceedings before the submission of
papers.
Authors have to prepare their papers using the
available LaTex or MS Word templates.
LaTeX is the preferred format for texts containing several formulae, but
Word templates are also accepted.

via Mac OS, please refer to the following link for LaTex.
The articles must be written in English with a minimum number of 12 pages in compliance with Springer format. Full length paper can be between 12 and 15 pages long.
Please note that all the prospective authors must
submit the full
paper in PDF format through
the Microsoft
CMT system by the dates announced on this website (May 20,
2024).
All accepted papers will be presented either
through oral presentation or
posters, depending on their categorization by the
organizing committee. The committee will categorize the papers based on the
referees’ comments and article content to ensure the most effective
presentation format for each article.
All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings as one of Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence series published by Springer (indexed in EI)
