Paper Submission

ATTENTION: All papers for regular and conference sessions should be submitted through the Microsoft CMT system

All submitted papers will be subject to a rigorous peer review by at least two referees.
All papers to be presented at regular track or conference sessions are to be published in LNAI/LNCS series of Springer and indexed by EI.

All the contributed papers are eligible for the Best Paper Award competition. Those with students as the first author and the presenter in the conference are eligible for the Best Student Paper Award competition.

Authors should familiarize themselves with the Springer Guidelines for Authors of Proceedings before the submission of papers.

Authors have to prepare their papers using the available LaTex or MS Word templates. LaTeX is the preferred format for texts containing several formulae, but Word templates are also accepted.

If you have difficulty downloading the template via Mac OS, please refer to the following link for LaTex.

The articles must be written in English with a minimum number of 12 pages in compliance with Springer format. Full length paper can be between 12 and 15 pages long.

Please note that all the prospective authors must submit the full paper in PDF format through the Microsoft CMT system by the dates announced on this website (May 20, 2024).

All accepted papers will be presented either through oral presentation or posters, depending on their categorization by the organizing committee. The committee will categorize the papers based on the referees’ comments and article content to ensure the most effective presentation format for each article.

All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings as one of Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence series published by Springer (indexed in EI)
